Yes, existing stock samples are free (freight collected). Customized samples will incur a proofing cost.
3. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Customized bags/boxes: 1000pcs per pattern/size. Stock products: 500pcs per item. Larger quantities qualify for better pricing.
4. What design file formats do you accept?
We accept AI, PDF, CDR, PSD, and EPS formats. Our professional designers can also assist with your logo and ideas.
5. What is the typical lead time?
Stock goods take about 3 days. Customized orders typically take 15-30 days depending on the quantity.
6. What are the shipping methods and times?
By Sea/Railway/Truck: 30-50 days. By Air/Express (DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX): 3-15 days.
