Q3: How can we obtain a product sample?
A. Sample lead time: about 5-10 days after artwork confirmation (plain paper boxes need 5 days, printing boxes need 10 days).
B. Sample fee: Samples without printing are offered for free before placing an order. Printed samples depend on specific requirements.

Q4: What are your mass production delivery times and payment terms?
Delivery takes 20-25 days after production confirmation, depending on order quantity and season. We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP terms via Cash, T/T, or Western Union. For orders less than USD 500, full payment before production is required.
Q5: How do you control production quality?
We have strict QC supervision during production. We perform 100% inspection before packaging and random checks afterward. Customers are also welcome to arrange a third-party inspection before delivery.
