Could I get sample before I decide to place an order?
Yes, if the material is regular, we can provide our stock sample for you freely; If you need custom sample, we will charge for the printing.
If I want to place bulk order directly, will you make samples for me first?
Generally we will arrange the production after you confirm the design, then once finished, we will send the video & pictures for you confirm. If the products are not as the same as your design, we will reproduce or refund to you.
If I find quality problems after receiving the goods, can you help me solve them?
If the quality problem is caused by us, please contact our salesman immediately to help you solve it.
What is your lead time?
For samples, the lead time is 3-7 working days. For bulk orders, the lead time is around 12-15 working days.
